Questions we hear every day

Does it work with our existing units?

Most rooftop units and controllers can be connected.

Can we manage many sites?

Yes - multi-site control is the point.

How do I get a price?

Answer a few questions on this site - we design the system, calculate your utility rebate and the payback, and a real person follows up within one business hour.

Do you handle the utility rebate?

Yes - we calculate it with your design, you sign the letter of authorization online, and we file the paperwork.

Is the rebate guaranteed?

Rebates are set by each utility program; we show the estimate up front and confirm it with the utility.

Where are utility incentives available?

Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine and New York (in New York through NYSERDA's Real Time Energy Management program). Municipal utilities are checked case by case.

How can it be $0 out of pocket?

Where the utility offers 0% on-bill repayment, the monthly savings can cover the monthly payment over the loan term - after that the savings are yours.

What is the warranty?

Hardware 2 years, workmanship 90 days.

How much will I save?

Our earlier installs averaged more than $4,000 a year per location when electricity cost about 17 cents a kWh. Power now costs more than twice that, so the same system saves more than twice as much - typically $8,000+ a year. Your design shows your own estimate.

Why upgrade to 8 zones?

More zones means more equipment under control - more savings and a faster payback.

What is Set & Forget?

Our managed service: proactive monitoring from our network operations center in Avon, MA, support 9 AM - 5 PM ET weekdays, a 4-hour response after hours, performance reviews and training.

What areas do you serve?

Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, plus New Hampshire, Maine and New York for multi-site customers.

Ready when you are.
